evosport is a recognized leader in engine building, tuning and transplants for both street and track applications.  We have built some of the most unique and powerful BMW and Mercedes engines currently running in the U.S., both normally aspirated and forced induction.  We have access to state-of-the-art design, development and fabrication equipment such as CAD, computer simulation of engine modeling and wave dynamics, CNC and water-jet machines, and flow-benches to optimize our design, engineering and production work.  Through our ongoing in-house research and development programs, we have even solved some of the most challenging “known problems” with high-performance BMW engines, such as lifting cylinder heads and spun bearings.  Our engine-builds are known for their real-world performance and reliability; they are not just dyno-queens.  So, if you have a current engine problem or are looking for a reputable shop to build and/or transplant a new high-performance engine, give us a call.

We are acknowledged leaders in squeezing maximum power out of your vehicle while keeping it as reliable as possible.  Using our in-house Dynojet 248 dyno, we can baseline your current engine performance (HP, torque and air/fuels), recommend adjustments and/or modifications if appropriate, help you develop a plan to achieve your performance objective, and assist in your power upgrade process to the degree you need help.

Whether you want to "chip" your stock ECU or install the latest, most sophisticated stand-alone engine management system, our in-house technical staff is uniquely qualified to address your needs. We are expert at optimizing and custom-programming stock ECU's with Powerchip Software. We are also an industry leader in implementing, tuning and optimizing AEM, Pectel and MoTec stand-alone engine management systems.

evosport operates its own in-house fabrication shop.  With state-of-the-art equipment, we are able to custom fabricate anything from simple parts to very complex products and assemblies. A few examples of our design, development and fabrication work to date for both street and race cars include:

• Flow-tested headers for normally aspirated and turbocharged engines (from mig-welded ceramic-coated mild-steel to 321 stainless equal-length tig-welded applications)
• Purpose-built cooling systems (radiators, intercoolers, oil coolers, transmission coolers, diff coolers, etc.)
• Exhaust systems (from high-flow metallic cats and efficient X-pipes, to mandrel-bent stainless center-sections, mufflers and tips),
• Roll cages (from mig-welded basic DOM steel configurations to complex tig-welded chromoly applications),
• Several custom suspension parts for both race and street applications.
