evosport Race Results From Oktoberfest 2004 (California Speedway)
July 08, 2004Well, we are just back from the Oktoberfest Club Race at CA Speedway. Over 40 cars entered, the biggest
race in West Coast History! We had a blast and the team performed awesome! We had 3 cars in the top 6 day one and 3 in
the top 7 day two. We had one overall victory, one second and two thirds. Our HP E46 M3 did awesome, and we picked up almost 7 seconds since the last outing there. Mostly due to
the awesome work of my crew guys to prepare the car with all kinds of new mods, to Jay Morris and Ground Control for the
rockin' suspension set-up and to Toyo for the great RA1 tires. We won our class both feature races, and beat many of the mod cars and faster cars on slicks and
hoosiers, and we were on Toyo's! We even beat the SSF ATE Blue beast that many of you know! Here are a few pics: (look for the complete gallery of all our cars from this race up in our newly
