Acceptable forms of payment are limited to prepaid cash, certified or cashier check, money order, wire transfer, VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Personal checks will be accepted as payment only after the funds have cleared and been transferred into evosport's account. All merchandise remains the property of evosport until payment is finalized. Deposits may be required for special order items.

All items will be shipped UPS Ground unless prohibited by size or weight, in which case a motor freight carrier will be used. Expedited shipping may be available at additional cost upon request.

evosport will not accept unauthorized returns. If you need to return an item, please contact us prior to doing so. If conditions for product return as stated below are met, we will issue you a return authorization number that must be clearly marked on your return package. With the exception of returns caused by our error, shipping costs for returned items will be buyer's responsibility. No return will be accepted without invoice number or date of sale. To receive a refund or credit, returned items must be in original packaging, unused, in original condition and received by evosport within 30 days of your original receipt of the product. Items will be inspected prior to issuance of any refund or credit.

Special order items and electrical parts cannot be returned unless they are defective. All returned items are subject to a 20% restocking charge unless return was caused by our error.

evosport and its suppliers deliver merchandise to carriers properly protected and packaged. Therefore, damage in transit is the responsibility of the carrier. If a package appears damaged when you receive it, indicate the condition of the package (i.e., specific damage) on your receipt from the carrier along with your signature. If damage is discovered after opening the package, notify the carrier immediately. Claims for damage must be handled through the carrier, not evosport. If necessary, we will assist you in any claim to the degree practical.

Any warranties on products sold by evosport are those made by the manufacturer. Customer understands that ANY AND ALL WARRANTIES ARE VOIDED IF ANY PRODUCT DEFECT HAS BEEN CAUSED IN WHOLE OR IN PART BY NEGLIGENCE, IMPROPER INSTALLATION, LACK OF PROPER MAINTENANCE, ABUSE, MISUSE, ACCIDENT, FLOOD OR FIRE. Customer understands that THERE IS NO WARRANTY WHATSOEVER, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, ON ANY PARTS USED FOR COMPETITION, TRACK EVENTS, RACING OR PURPOSES OTHER THAN FOR WHICH THEY WERE INTENDED. Customer understands that there is no warranty on electrical parts. Customer agrees to notify evosport immediately upon discovery of any product defect. Customer understands that defective items must be returned for replacement in accordance with evosport’s return policy and at Customer expense. evosport will replace all defective items that meet return/replacement requirements. Customer understands that EVOSPORT WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR FOR LOSS, INCONVENIENCE, DAMAGE OR EXPENSE DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY ARISING FROM THE USE (OR INABILITY TO USE), OR A THIRD PARTY'S UNAUTHORIZED USE, OF ANY PRODUCT OR ITS COMPONENTS, EITHER SEPARATELY OR IN COMBINATION WITH OTHER EQUIPMENT, OR FOR COMMERCIAL LOSS OF ANY KIND, REGARDLESS OF WHETHER EVOSPORT HAD BEEN ADVISED OF SUCH POSSIBILITY.

Unless otherwise noted, all used parts offered on this site shall be sold in "as is" condition and carry no warranty whatsoever, expressed or implied.

Horsepower (HP) and torque ratings quoted by evosport are those derived from actual testing on a Dynojet 248 dynamometer in Huntington Beach CA. An 18% drivetrain loss is typically assumed in calculating the difference between rear-wheel and crank HP and torque ratings for cars with automatic transmissions. A 15% drivetrain loss is typically assumed in calculating the difference between rear-wheel and crank HP and torque ratings for cars with manual transmissions.

Due to the potential for significant variables that can affect horsepower and torque ratings (e.g., baseline differences from car-to-car of the same make and model, differences in size and weight of wheels and tires, differences in testing dynamometers, differences in testing processes and/or conditions, etc.), quoted HP and torque ratings are approximates. evosport does not guarantee that purchased products will achieve advertised HP or torque ratings in customer-specific applications.

Many parts sold by evosport are intended for off-road use only and may not be legal for street use. evosport makes no representation with respect to the legality for street use of any parts sold or their ability to pass emissions tests in any State. Customer understands that it is his sole responsibility to determine applicability of local, State and Federal laws and compliance with them prior to using purchased parts on any vehicle driven on the street. EVOSPORT MAKES NO REPRESENTATION WHATSOEVER THAT INSTALLATION AND/OR USE OF PARTS PURCHASED FROM EVOSPORT WILL NOT HAVE A NEGATIVE EFFECT ON ANY WARRANTY THAT MAY EXIST ON CUSTOMER’S VEHICLE. CUSTOMER UNDERSTANDS THAT HE ASSUMES ALL LIABILITY AND RISK ASSOCIATED WITH THE USE OF PRODUCTS SOLD BY EVOSPORT.

All terms and conditions of all transactions shall be governed by the laws of the State of California. No legal proceeding pertaining to any matter arising under or growing out of this transaction shall be instituted in any state other than California. Any legal proceeding with respect to this Agreement shall be filed in the appropriate Court in Orange County, California.
